- I'm one of about 300 Film Commissioners worldwide. Happily married to my beautiful wife Emma, with three great daughters, plus RUBY, the world's best dog. Child of the '50's and '60's in Upper Darby, PA, just outside Philadelphia, PA. I spent 21 years in radio, ranging from DJ to GM at 13 stations in 8 states. In 1992 I created the CVB & Film Commission in Ridgecrest, CA and stayed for 15 years. In 2007 I created the Fresno Film & Entertainment Commission in Fresno, CA.
