Matt Sconce began his career by winning the American Idol Music Video Contest in 2004, and placing in the top three in the nation in 2005. To date, he has Directed or Co-Directed 5 short films, Produced 7, written the feature script "Stricken" Which won Best adapted Screenplay and was nominated for Best Scifi/Fantasy Feature script at the Action on Film Festival in Pasadena California, had his short "Stricken" nominated for Best Horror Film of the year as well as win Best Sound Design, had his most recent film "PUSH" nominated for Best Action Film of the Year and Win Best Special Effects Short, and was Nominated this year for an Emmy Award. Matt Sconce has a BA in Communications, and 5 years Job experience in the field of digital post production, production, and cinematography. He is currently in post production of his first Feature Film "Stricken", starring David Fine and Stephanie French.

I own 7-8 Daylight balanced Flourescent banks, a 21 foot crane, a Hyper-Chariot Dolly as seen in Vantage point, a 34GHZ CS4 editing system with 24gb of ram, Production 1280x720 LCD screen, Green screens, Audio Technica Shotgun Microphone with Blimp, Condensor Microphone with windscreen, Canon HV30 for BTS, Steadicam with vest, Stabilizer Sled, Car with Car rig (Front mounted, and Side mounted), 4 daylight balanced flourescent stick lights, 5-7 blue tinted LED lights, 5 100 watt Tungsten lights with homemade stands.

Out from the dark recesses of Hard drive space, Stricken is rising into a true shape finally. I am 43 minutes into the rough cut and moving at a rapid pace. Once the rough cut is complete it will be time to finesse the sequence and head toward the locked cut.
