It's closed down, yet the owner lives in Fresno. The interior's still intact... all you'd have to do is give it a little set dressing add a few cars and your 'people.' What type of project are you working on?

I agree with Bryan. Try the Chicken Pie Shop in the Tower District. Lovely location and great looking interior. I'm not sure who the current owners are though.
