FOR THOSE WHO ARE AWARE OF AND EXPERIENCED WITH FINANCE ISSUES
and who want to help the Fresno Production Studio Project, the "New Market Tax Credit" is a very important potential financing tool that might be a critical factor in building the Fresno Production Studio.
For that reason, it is very important that anyone who fits the category, is available on March 13, and can afford the $50 fee, attend the following workshop on the New Market Tax Credit.

The Northern California Community Loan Fund would like to invite you to attend our New Markets Tax Credit Workshop.
This new workshop is for nonprofit leaders and volunteers, governmental and public agencies, bank personnel, health care providers, and all who are interested in learning how NMTC financing works, what all the terminology means, and how to determine the financial effect of NMTC's on your facility project and organization. NMTC can be a financially rewarding financing option that can help nonprofits leverage the funds raised for their community facility projects. Immediately following the workshop, participants will have the option to attend an hour discussion on general facility management issues.
